Webinar / Remote Trainings
We focus on providing live, in-person trainings. That said, we understand that the world is changing and remote trainings via webinar may be preferable.
Therefore, we are now providing web-based trainings for all of our courses: manager harassment prevention training, employee harassment training, interviewing and performance management, etc., so that your team receives messages that are cohesive and uniform.
Our engaging webinars are compliant with all laws and are a cost-effective strategy for training your team remotely.
Online Trainings
We focus on providing live, in-person trainings. That said, we understand that not everyone can attend the live training and that newly hired or promoted individuals must be trained within 6 months.
Therefore, we have created an online quiz, based on our live training, so that your team receives messages that are cohesive and uniform.
The online quiz is compliant with all laws and is a cost-effective strategy for training one person at a time or just a small group.
One-on-One Trainings
There are times when group training is not sufficient, and an individual requires one-to-one coaching. In such situations, we are able to sit down with the individual and:
- read through your internal rules, policies, and code of conduct,
- help them fully understand the law and what is expected of them,
- go over the ramifications of their behaviors,
- explain the severity of the circumstances,
- and generally assist your employee to modify their behavior.
Interviewing and Performance Management
Our Interviewing and Performance Management and Documentation courses are designed for your leadership teams (your managers and supervisors). They can be an “add-on” to the Harassment Prevention Course or stand-alone courses. They will provide the tools for leaders to successfully interview candidates and handle employee performance issues. Both courses can be tailored and customized to meet your needs.
